All Charged Up Return Policy
Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange a product. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date. Upon discussing the return/exchange with a customer service representative, we will e-mail you the RA form needed to begin the return/exchange process.
Acullc.com will only accept authorized returns. You must include a copy of the RA form with your return shipment – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All products and packaging must be included and in undamaged, restock condition. If any of the packaging is altered, please provide a photo and description to aid in the approval process. We will test and verify all defective product returns. Please be specific when listing defective issues.
All product returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus original outbound shipping cost, depending on the situation. We may choose not to accept freight-damaged product, products that are missing parts or pieces, repackaged goods, unlabeled boxes, packaging that is marked up, or product that has been used, installed, or damaged - in these cases, items will be returned to the customer.
Ratchet strap, tie down, net, and custom products are not eligible for return outside of product defect.
RA forms are valid for 30 days. Proof of return is the customer’s responsibility. Please keep all tracking information.
