The NICOR 17014A-LED-ID is the most popular housing for LED downlights in new construction applications for both residential and commercial use. The IDEAL connection that is included with the can allows for simple, snap-in connection with NICOR D-Series LED recessed and surface mount downlights. The 17014A includes a one-year warranty and is IC-rated, damp location listed, and certified for direct contact with insulation.

17014A-LED-ID Housing Specs and Features:
  • The 17014A is constructed with aluminum, which provides greater heat dissipation
  • The Airtight ratings means that the exchange of air between the ceiling plenum and heated/cooled areas is limited
